Services rendered on the project
It is resource-intensive and impractical to plan from scratch the functionality of a full-fledged system. We decided to go with the MVP product To do this we needed to:
Design a Kernel that meets all the REST requirements of the application: Performance
Scalability; Simplicity of a unified interface; Openness of components to possible changes to meet changing needs (even while the application is running); Transparency of relations between system components for service providers; Portability of system components by moving program code together with data; Reliability, expressed as resistance to system-level failures in the presence of failures of individual components, connections, or data;
Define the starting functionality of the system, covering most of the basic needs
To implement the system in the target business
Implement a pilot project)
Design a working MVP version of the system, implement it in the target business
Receive feedback
Collect feedback during operation, improve and refine (deliver 700 to 2000 orders per day)
Develop a full-fledged product and bring it to market
Applied methodology
Project results
Got a working innovative product that automates business processes of order-taking, food production and delivery
Takes orders, defines delivery time
Distributes orders among couriers (orders are assigned to couriers based on traffic congestion, order overflow, courier "breakdowns" and "no-shows", weather, etc., with minimum delays)
Distributes food to workshops and chefs
Marketing the current customer base
Responds to disruptions (delivery guy breaks down, cook goes on break, etc.)
Oversees efficiency at all stages
Supervises on-time delivery, no late deliveries
Collects and analyzes feedback (quality control)
